Cancellation Policy

Order Cancellation

• Orders can be cancelled before shipping
• Cancellation requests must be made within 24 hours of order placement
• For orders already shipped, regular return policy applies

Cancellation Process

• Log into your account and select the order
• Click on 'Cancel Order' option
• Select reason for cancellation
• Refund will be processed within 5-7 business days

Important Notes

• Partial cancellation of orders is not allowed
• Cancellation of shipped orders will follow return policy
• Refund will be processed to original payment method
